You may enquire about a conservation project via email or by phone; we will discuss your item(s), what your hoped-for outcomes are, and whether or not it is suitable for treatment at Heirloom Conservatory.

If so, we will arrange for the object to be transported to the studio so that an estimate can be performed. The materials and condition of the item will be analyzed and options for treatment will be proposed with an estimate of the cost of the various options.

If you choose to proceed with one of the treatment plans, the item will remain at Heirloom Conservatory for photographic documentation and treatment; if any complications arise during the treatment, you will be contacted to discuss options for moving forward.

We will then arrange to return the object back to you. With it, you will receive all documentation that was created in the process.

To enquire about a project, or if you have questions about this process, please contact Emily

The initial enquiry is free of charge. The fee for the estimate, which includes various treatment options, can be applied to the conservation treatment if you choose to proceed with one.
